Refining Italy
After several shipments of equipment’s were shipped the past weeks, the team in China shipped the last items (including the biggest component) to their new home in Italy. The unit required months of preparations and a special designed lifting frame to be imported from Europe. The operation involved two lines of SPMT’s that were to lift the unit on especially designed points to take the extreme heavy loads of the unit, a lift to a ballastable deck barge and a second lift into the seagoing vessel. Everything went smooth, thanks to our own port captain in the two load ports and cargo is now safely on its way to Italy, where is will be part of a new factory for the refining of oilseed.
