A new soybean processing plant for Ohio
In the heart of Ohio, a state-of-the-art soybean processing plant is being constructed, which will nourish communities and reshape food production in North America. Our teams from across the globe – the United States, Europe, India, and China – have been working in unison to design and execute a logistics schedule with no room for error.
From multiple origins, critical cargo was prepared and dispatched – including two full-charter vessels from China, loaded with heavy and oversized equipment essential for the facility’s core operations. Every shipment was engineered for precision — navigating multimodal routes, coordinating police escorts, and planning for the removal of street furniture and other obstacles along the way.
Once operational in early 2026, the facility will crush 1.5 million metric tons of soybeans per year and produce over 320,000 metric tons of refined soybean oil — with added capabilities for blending, packaging, and food ingredient production.
